Should of signed KANDI when you could have had him cheaper
I bet Sterling is really kicking himself now. What did he offer him again? 7 mill a year? Now he won't get anything but the max, and we all know Donald won't pay anyone that much.
Back-track to the summer of 2001 and he could of gotten him even cheaper then, but he really wasn't worth a long term investment back then.

I don't think anyone can really question Kandi's work ethic. His dedication to the game maybe but not his work ethic. Every summer he gains more muscle, never gains fat and spends time with Pete Newell. In the past he even offered to higher a bball tutor for himself out of his own pocket.

Things I didn't know about the big guy, hopefully he gets rewarded this year, not with just money, but a better team / owner.

Kandi has really come into his own, I guess D.S. just felt otherwise, but loosing Kandi will haunt the Clipps for a very long time. He even stated after this year, he just wants to settle in with a team that really wants him.....
EVEN IF IT'S FOR LESS $$$. I honestly felt he wanted to stay in LA with the Clipp joint.

I wouldn't believe that statement. He just wants the clips to feel even worse for not signing him.
I don't think it will haunt them to bad, cause as I've posted before they have an abundance of post up talent, and players who have a passion for the game. They just need to replace him with a good rebounder.

No offense, I am just directing that at your owner more then anything... You guys do have some good teams, but hardly stay around long enough to make an impression upon fans and nba viewers.
