1) Kandi fall to the floor @ center court , on his butt, after a ref's call?
2) Kandi stroll off the court, take a seat on the floor AND THEN
3) Stretch out with his hands under his head?
Did I see that? And then when he came back after the half, did I see:
1) No teammate stand next to him while he was at the foul line shooting, and then
2) No teammate give him a fist after the first attempt (made basket)
3) During a sideline huddle, the coach, assistants and other players completely ignore him (except ZhiZhi)
Did Kandi just hang himself? What team/owner/coach wants to deal with THAT? Maybe THIS will help Gentry see the light. If the team can't win with him and his attitude, and he won't be back next year ... now is the time to sit him down. Gentry can't do any worse because he's also hanging on by a very thin thread.
The Clippers looks so bad today; they have no plan ... just playing helter-skelter. What IS Gentry's plan? Then to toss ZhiZhi in there without ever giving him playing time in previous games was so unfair.
I was in pain watching this game. How could the Clippers have fallen so far.
I hope I'm right ... today, I saw the team TURN on Kandi. They finally see what he is doing or has done to the team. Things should get better now. Please let me be right.
I think the players are finally getting tired of his attitude, gameplay and some of the comments he makes. I hope your right because you wont see me crying if he leaves

Kandi also was complaining every time he was taken out of the game. Well, I can't say every time - But I saw twice where he was complaining about being taken out.
I honestly can't wait for this guy to get out of town.
He has developed that jump hook over his left shoulder really well. He's put in a lot of work developing that. Too bad he hasn't put in any time developing any other post moves. Too bad he doesn't show any hustle going for rebounds(on the offensive end against Denver, someone shot a J, and he was on the block - As it was shot, he stood there and walk/jogged the other way and never even made an attempt to get an offensive board), doesn't box out on boards, doesn't play with any intensity on defense, and isn't too fond of passing the ball.
I'd much rather see a trio of Ely, ZhiZhi, and Rooks at C than Kandi there.

In a post game locker room interview, he told the media (to paraphrase), "Yeah, we got the win. But something has to be done; we can't keeping losing leads like we have been."
DUH ... you're the problem, .edited - clipshow . I just don't get it. Is he so delusional that he refuses to see himself. This guy is NO KID. He's what 29-30 (?) years old. I've asked this question often ... doesn't he have an Agent to help steer him toward the money he's trying to get. If so, frankly, I believe this agent has given up on Kandi and is letting him hang himself. Kandi seems like the kind of person that listens to no one, so I'm not really blaming the agent.
I touched on this on previous boards. He reminds me of someone under the influence of something and could be why his teammates have tried to support him in the past. Last night, I believe he lost their support.
STILL I ASK, since no one is telling me: Did I see him sit down on the court and then stretch out on the sidelines when taken out of the game before the end of the 2nd quarter? I'm surprised that that is not being discussed in the media, which again raises a red flag for me (maybe, the media has the same suspicions that I have). I truly hope I'm wrong about that because I hate to see anyone's life and livelihood lost to drugs.
I hope he's just dense and immature.
Oh, and I agree with the Center by committee concept. Hell, we certainly can't do any worse. ZhiZh just needs some minutes and so does Rooks. Re: Rooks, with that playing time, his experience and maturity is invaluable. (As an aside, I believe Rooks has lost respect for Gentry. He's not the same as he was when the young guns were committed to gaining respectability for the Clippers and Gentry allowed him to participate. Then, Gentry gradually took Rooks out of the game and Rooks started showing signs of discontent. Gentry, IMO, did not address that properly.) I can't speak for Ely yet.

I agree with everything you say. Frustrating isn't it.

Hey Dynasty what do you think about the play of Dooling? Its frustrating for me to watch Miller play mediocre basketball at times. Especially his inability to make freethrows. I really like Dooling and I missed the game yesterday cause I was in vegas, but I heard dooling had 18 points and made some big threes in the fourth. Maybe the playing time should be more evenly distributed, or at least play Keyon at SG a little more.... wait I forgot Q was back. The clips backcourt should consist of Jaric, Dooling, Q, and Miller after this year, pike as much as i love em theres no room.
I'll post some more later.

I'M SLOWLY starting to pay more attention to him. Seems every time I focus in on him, he's committing a turnover. But, here lately, I've caught him hitting 3s at critical moments. I think his slow start is due to lack of playing time and last year's injury has hampered his development, but he's catching up. I keep reading a lot about him and many fans like his play, so I've got to pay more attention.

I AM JUST NOT SOLD ON MILLER, yet. Awhile back when there was this uproar about the Clippers needing him because he led the league in passing (THAT year). The first thought that came to my mind was, "If he's all that, why would Cleveland want to let him go? They certainly didn't have a cap problem." Then I read somewhere he was freezing out a couple of teammates, so I thought, maybe he's not a teamplayer and disruptive to the team. So here in LA, I'm calling for him to freeze Kandi, but I guess, maybe if what I suspect is true, he wants to avoid bringing the same attitude to the Clippers and it is HURTING us rather than helping us. He should just take charge ONE night and see how the team responds to him. I thought we brought him here to PASS THE BALL. Seems he spend more time trying to score AND getting the ball into Kandi. Come to think of it ... that is probably GENTRY's fault and that is what's making Miller look so bad.
Since you didn't see the game, then you didn't see the "alley-oh-no" he lobbed to Kandi. To be fair, that could be Kandi's fault because, "KANDI DOESN'T HUSTLE SO HE DIDN'T JUMP and complete the OOPS.
DID you win any money while in Vegas. It's been years since I've been there.
I'M concerned about Q. He's just not the same without Darius and doesn't seem to be adapting at all. With that attitude, he'll continue getting injured. I know he's young, but he must snap out of it and move on.

I AGREE. But, I like Maggette (if for nothing more than his will to win), and we need to have a place for him as well. Pike is too young to retire, or I'd suggest a management position with the Clippers. But, he'll be like Kurt Rambis and move on before returning after retirementr.
Clip, I've incorporated my response within yours ... hope it's not confusing. Although, the Clipper's record is not the worse, they just haven't looked fluid to me at all this year. I am so hopeful that Kandi is benched for the next game. There certainly are enough reasons todo so, starting with the unprofessional displace following a foul call and his constant belittling of the team and coach to the meadia.
WHEW ... I really am frustrated.
