Kaman gets injured

http://www.latimes.com/sports/basket...rts-nba-clippe

I thought this happened last night seeing he only played 2 mins and didn't record any stats. Lucky the articles says the injury is minor and will only keep Kaman out for a week.

Crap crap crap. That sucks the big one. Now hes not going to be able to play in all 82 games like he did last year, and even after hes back, he wont be at 100% for at least 3 more weeks...those ankle injures always do that to you.

Ok, so now i see wilcox starting at C against teams without a big center, and then mikki moore joining him and brand in a 3 man rotation in the front court. Mikki moore is a lot more comfortable at C than PF anyway. Look for rebraca to back them up for about 10 minutes a game

Hold pants folks, I wouldnt count Kaman out this early. Being only an sprained ankle, they said he should be back in a week possibly two. BUT a week from yesterday is opening night, I am sure Kaman is going to try his best to get back on the court wed. night so he can get his 82 games played again this year. Man I sure hope he is back, because after watching the game tonight the big men looked HORRIBLE. There was no presence in the paint, and lack of rebounding. We are missing alot with out Kaman in the paint, because N-Ji :> and Mikki Moore is not going to cut it. They were ugly tonight, N-Ji played like 22min. with 2pts. and like one or two rebounds. OUTCH!!

He will be out at least two weeks, and will start the year on the injured list.

I do not think the clippers will win one game with both kittles and kaman out. Once kaman comes back, i say they win 30% of their games. With a healthy starting 5, they win 60% when they get kittles back..

Looks like Kaman has a bad sprain and it is taking a long time to heal. The article says he could miss 7 games before he is better, which isn't good news.

SUCKS!!! These are going to be some ugly games in the paint with Kaman out. Hopefully Brand can carry most of the weight.

This is horrible. Kaman was all set to have a Break out season. I think he and brand have a legitamate shot at being the best frontcourt in the west, if they can get their acts together.

Having him in the post also frees up Mags, which won't happen anymore.
