I agree that we should keep Miles Brand and Richardson, but why get rid of Kandi? He is shaping up to be a top five center in this league, and is the only player who can really D up Shaq (sometimes). I have heard about the trade the 8 to the lakers but who do we want that the lakers would trade? NO ONE. We don't want any overrated role players to provide us with some "veteran leadership". And in my opinion Curtis Borchardt will be a total bust. He is just tall, he has no talent, and he doesn't have the body to bang inside with any of the centers in this league, not to mention most of the power forwards.

We wouldn't have to pay him a max deal. I think he would be willing to sign here for inbetween 7-9 million a year. This still gives us room to sign Brand and Darius to max contracts, and pay LO and Q something fair. I don't see why we have to get rid of him.
