Why GM is interested in Clippers?
AMiller is the 3rd best pg in the world.
Brand is the 3rd best PF
Odom is the 3rd best SF
Kandi is the 3rd best C
Maggette is the 4th best SG

PG's - Kidd, Payton, Franchis, Davis are all better than Andre Miller. Maybe even Nash, and Sam Cassell
PF - Webber, Duncan, J. Oneal, Abdur Rahim are all better than Brand
SF - KG, Dirk, Tmac, Pierce, Hill, Marion... all better than Odom
C - Shaq, Yao, Vlade, Ilgauskas, B. Wallace all better than Kandi
SG - Kobe, A.I., Ray Allen, Finley, Houston, Jones, Stackhouse.... all better than Maggette
If your guys were really as good as you say they are they would at least be a playoff team.

Abdur Rahim is not clear cut better than Brand (in my opinion he's not nearly as good, but it's a difficult thing to prove, since they both specialize in putting up great numbers on losing teams.)
And there are a lot of other shooting gaurds better than Corey Maggette. A lot. This post is completely unsubstantiated.

ok for fun, i will name better players at every position..
Maggette= 4th best shooting guard? i can think of at least 15 better.. such as : jason terry, paul pierce, ricky davis, dajaun wagner, Vince Carter, eddie jones, jason richardson, gilbert arenas, allan houston, kobe bryant, quentin richardson, ray allen, desmond mason, michael jordan, t mac, cutino mobley, bonzi wells, baron davis, anfernee hardaway (Sadly), jerry stackhouse, allen iverson, richard jefferson, ron artest, bobby jackson, doug christie, michael finley, just off the top of my head. i can think of a few from college two if u want.. reece gaines, dwayne wade....
andre miller is not better than the following players: Jason Kidd, gary payton, steve francis, steve nash, and maybe mike bibby. there is no reason why miller can not have such a team and get them in scoring positions. he has less assists with a team with more talent, reprehensible if u ask me.
lamar odom is not better than the following players: kevin garnett, paul pierce, rashard lewis, big dog, shawn marion, ron artest, dirk nowitzki, or peja stojakovic
elton brand is not better than the following players: Tim duncan, chris webber, jermaine o'neal, antoine walker, and he is at the same level with pau gasol and antawn jamison.
kandi is not better than the following players : Big Z, Shaq, Yao Ming, Zo' healthy, david robinson, ben wallace,
so after this is taken into account :
maggette is the 27th best sg
miller is the 5th best point guard tied with bibby (although miller has yet to take over a playoff series against the dynasty known as the lake show)
odom is the 9th best sf WHEN not drugged up
brand is the 5th best pf tied with jamison and gasol
kandi is the 6th best Center when zo' is healthy..
even so, there team is still under achieving. and i am a fan of them..

If wins/loss are the matters, then why so many GMs are interested in Clippers? you should at least believe that 4 Clippers are in top 3 in their positions.
Clippers are #7 in pacific and #12 in West at this moment, but they are going to win many games.

Honestly I never Miller was a that good of a player. He is a statistic player not an impact player. He was overhyped by leading the league in assist last year. He will probably be the next Rod Strickland...great stats...no wins. Miller IS NOT the 3rd best PG. I say I take Kidd, Payton, Francis, Baron Davis, Cassell, Marbury and Tony Parker over him.
Brand is a gem. But third best PF might be far fetch. I take Garnett, Duncan, Webber, Jermaine O'Neal, Amare (next year) but Brand is not far. He is damn good and the best rebounder in the NBA not named Ben Wallace.
Odom is not the 3rd best SF in the game. I take Jamison, Carter, Stackhouse/Jordan, Walker, Big Dog, and Mash. There are many SF all stars out there. However Odom is solid and an all star in a few years so maybe top 3 in 2-3 years but with Carmelo coming?
Kandi. I have to agree with here behind Shaq and Yao he might be the third best. Wallace plays out of position and Duncan should be here but Robinson is still there. Kandi vs. a center in cleveland...I rank both identical but Kandi has less consistency.
Magette the 4th best. That is a joke right? I love this kid especially his hops but thats a joke right? i would take TMac, Kobe, Jordan/Stackhouse, Iverson, D Mason, Ray Allen, Allan Houston, Carter (if he doesn't play SF), Rip, Mobley, Jefferson, and Eddie Jones over this man. He has hops and he is very exciting but top 4 is really really far fetched.
Honestly tho I like the Clips I thought they were sure playoff bound this year especially with the depth of talent they have. They probably have the most top 10s on their bench. I guess it prooves that having too many egos is not a good thing...aka Kandi...what a bust.

I agree with everything you said except for Abdur-Rahim and Jermaine O'Neal being better than Brand.

Terry, Jackson, Arenas and Davis are PGs and Jefferson and Artest are SFs.
