I guess it depends on the numbers of the contract he signs long term.

Id rather him take the Q offer than give him 6mill per right now.

When healthy, he's worth that much IMO. But, if he keeps up his injury problems, he's not. Id prefer to see some sort of reason to believe he can play more than 60 games in a year before giving him that money.

I dont mind the Q offer, even if he does walk next year for nothing. Reason being is because even though I think he acn be a key player for us, he's not in our starting plans. He's not an irreplacable player. He'll help us be a better team this year, and allows Shaun another year to develop before he leaves. We'd be in a better situation not needing such a player backing Shaun up. We'd be able to focus next years free agency on a backup PG, so we could find a quality player then.

I would like for Marko to be back. Either way I guess Id be happy with, but it all comes down to the money issue.

I would need more insight to give an honest answer to this question. If Marko is dead-set against being in LA long-term then I would much rather him sign a qualifying offer so that we don't have a malcontent on our hands for the next handful of seasons. On the other hand, if Marko can come to terms with his role on this team and expresses such to coach Dunleavy and the Clippers brass, then by all means, match any offer he signs (within reason). The bottom line is that when you have a young, up-and-coming team like the Clippers who are just beginning to show glimpses of great promise the last thing you want is somebody who's going to be a negative influence. This to me greatly outweighs the talent level or potential of any given player, whether it be Marko Jaric or somebody like Shaquille O'Neal.
