my opinion is golden state is worst team throughout NBA history but clippers are up there.

Somantics is very important here. You said the worst "Franchise" in history. I say no. Perhaps one of the best franchises in history as far as profitability, merchandise, business management goes. Now, if you say is it a TEAM with one of the worst winning percentages in history, then no doubt. I doubt its THE worst in all of sports, but its got to be right down there. But the worst franchise? By no means.

I would say they were definately in consideration. However, I think the last couple years (basically since Sterling finally decided to pay someone) they have been looking up and should no longer be considered as such. I like most the moves they made this offseason and think they will surprise people with their competitiveness. However, it's tough to get over a bad image as I as a Portland fan know well.

it hard to see the clippers winnin, they need a new logo, the old one just reminds me of a bad franchise

A logo doesn't help your image... Things like winning games, helping the communuity, charity events... Those things help your image.
A new logo helps generate recognition and sales.
