Re: Question about Mikki Moore....

He is a little on the skinny so matching him up against a bigger center wouldn't be smart. I have seen him play F,PF, and C. I don't know if center is he best fit. He can knock down outside shot. His biggest strength is his energy. He loves to dunk the ball and then show some attitude. He is pretty good in rebounds both offensive and defensive. He was doing well in the beginning of the season then got injured for a little bit and was out of rotation and sort of fell of track. I really liked him, fan favorite.

Re: Question about Mikki Moore....

thanks for the input! it's refreshing to hear that he brings energy....Jerome may be very large, & he dominates on pick & roll dunks, but I think Seattle had enough of him & his dumb fouls on the court & dumb comments off the court(@ least I did!).

Lol, I guess you can now call the SuperSonics the Super[/b]Clippers now[/b].

Re: Question about Mikki Moore....

I like this signing (assuming it's legit). Seems like he's another underrated role-player, like Brunson. It will be nice to have an athletic big man on the team that plays with energy. Jerome James is a slug when he's not playing for a contract, and Potapenko has about a 3 inch vertical leap.

I remember him throwing down a couple of sick dunks last season. One on Okafor, and another one on about 3 Cavs players.

Re: Question about Mikki Moore....

so all the unwanted Clips get sent to Seattle? well then i cant see why rebraca hasnt ended up their yet, oh la gave him a nice little contract. mikki i think wouldve been the smarter choice although rebraca did show some promise at the end of last season with some good 6th man performances

Re: Question about Mikki Moore....

If its true, its definately a case of the Clippers not wanting him. They could have signed him in the Summerleague. When i talked to him, he was working out with the Clippers (voluntary), and said the reason why he was there was to hopefully work out a deal to stay.

Clippers probably didnt want to commit so much money to the front court, for some people who will be getting DNPS' Kaman, Brand, Wilcox, Rebraca, thats 21 million dollars for two positions. Also, moore MIGHT have balked at just the minimum, when rebraca got such a big contract. He could have argued that he played in way more games than rebraca, and had similar averages as him, and is younger than him. Why does rebraca get 3 mil, and me only the minimum?

This will probably solidify wilcox NOT being traded this year, unless its for another proven front court player.

Big Z is definitley more valuable than Mikki. He is true center who actually posts up. You cant deny Mikki's energy but he is not a true big man. I hate to lose Mikki but we will live without him

He should become a lineman and try out for the NFL.
