Re: GT: Clippers vs. Heat 12/9
clippers have blown their games against other bottom feeders like seattle and indiana, lets see if they can pull it out against one of the most dissapointing teams in the nba of 07.
Kaman Vs. Shaq...will kaman finally have more human type numbers? Will Ross be able to contain D Wade?
Haslem is a guy who i think would be perfect on our team..

Re: GT: Clippers vs. Heat 12/9
The way Shaq is playing I don't think Kaman will have a bad game. In the past this would be a different story but Shaq isn't playing up to his past standards. Clippers need to slow down Wade to give themselves a good shot at victory. The Clippers need this win.

Re: GT: Clippers vs. Heat 12/9
Wonder if the heat start "heating" up come the trading deadline if they would be interested in making a run at cassell and maggette for the stretch run. Dont know what kind of package they could offer, but if i were baylor i wouldnt mind checking out something that has to do with davis, or haslem, williams, or any other combo.
This year is probably the heats last chance at doing anything since shaq is aging faster than milk left outside the fridge, i wonder if theyd be willing to overpay for a couple of pieces that might help them make a playoff run

Re: GT: Clippers vs. Heat 12/9
JWill and Ricky will probably be shopped at some point. Both have expiring contracts so if Riley is looking for change, and why wouldnt he be, then those two are more than likely going to be involved. There's talk that once Bibby gets back from his injury that Miami will make a run for him or Artest or if possible, both. But who knows, by that point we could have dug ourselves too big a hole to climb out of.
If Shaq stays out of foul trouble he can still be pretty dominant. But he hasnt been able to, especially on this road trip.
Good luck tomorrow

Re: GT: Clippers vs. Heat 12/9
Shaq actually played well the other night vs. G State but only got 21 mins due to the playing style. I have a bad feeling that this will be his breakout game of the year.

Re: GT: Clippers vs. Heat 12/9
So far not bad. The Clippers need to pickup the pace every time Shaq is playing because he can't keep up and Kaman has taken advantage of that really well twice with Shaq being no where in site.

Re: GT: Clippers vs. Heat 12/9
really gives us an insight on how truly horrible the Clippers are when they lose to someone like the heat
and they are within 3 and cant get any closer

Re: GT: Clippers vs. Heat 12/9
why call a ****ing timeout ? ? ?
it still amazes me how much the Clippers struggle to even get a ****ing shot off down the stretch against teams when the opposing team always has a player that makes a shot like whtaever (in this case Wade) last time Redd...
DAMNIT
lets see what they do

Re: GT: Clippers vs. Heat 12/9
Fantastic, at the end 3 shots that Maggette, Mobley, and Kaman could/should have made. That start to the 2nd half was pathetic. The 2nd half was just sad.

Re: GT: Clippers vs. Heat 12/9
We have to be the worst team in the league when it comes to starting off the 3rd quarter. How many times have we kept the score close at the half only to get blown out in the 3rd. Thanks to Maggette we actually got back into this one but the misses at the end were just pathetic.
