Yeah, but you have to be good though. menk bateer and wang zhi zhi arent going to get votes. But look at Yi, the guy ISNT EVEN on the ballot, yet hes 5th among fowards just on write in votes. Crazy.

I dont even think india has a basketball program. lol. It would need to be a japanese or korean star most likely. Those countries really support their over seas players.

And most chinese dont even have internet access. Stern will have to do something in a few years when internet is in more chinese homes, and the rockets and bucks play each other in the all star game. lol
