He may be his own harshest critic in grading his rookie year. But although he is one of the Clippers' few positives this season, his performance has been marked by flashes of explosiveness flanked by bouts of ineffectiveness.

Id say thats about right. But even the best rookies id grade at B+ perhaps. Durant/Horford B/B+. Scola/Moon B-. I dont think theres a grade A rookie out there. Could be durant, but who knows, look at the team he was on.

Sounds like he has a good head on his shoulders. Hopefully LA has full faith in him as a part of the future. I love his game.

Considering where he was drafted, I'll give him a A-. In terms of overall performance I'll give him a C+ because he could stand to improve his shot selection, reduce TOs and improve his ball handling.

But all that consisted, for a rookie drafted 14th, to be the go to guy down the stretch, the team's best shot creator and match Maggette's career high in points by season's end is impressive.

Yeah, for where he was drafted, NOT looking at pure talent, NOT looking at "upside", team needs or anything like that, actually id give him an A+ based on this year alone. Hes at WORST the 5th best rookie this year, but drafted at 14.
