Re: Offseason Plans:

If they land #2 pick, and the front office doesn't want Beasley, they could package it with something for a proven talent that might be available. There also might be a chance that Beasley does get taken ahead of Rose depending who's picking there.

i wouldn't want to trade the pick, but if the denver rumors are true, maybe we could get carmelo.....

maybe something like maggette + 2 overall for carmelo + first rounder....

can carmelo play the 2 spot???

pg: augustin(draft) / livingston / knight
sg: anthony / mobley / ross
sf: thornton / thomas / ross
pf: brand / thomas / fazekas
ce: kaman / dorsey(draft) / powell

No way....If we get No. 2, we should draft either Beasley or Rose.

Re: Offseason Plans:

TOR OUT: TJ Ford, Andrea Bargnani (12.9 Mil)
TOR IN: Corey Maggette, Brevin Knight, #21 (12 Mil)
Toronto gets themselves the slasher they need and adds up two additional picks and stop the Bargnani project. Knight can be a solid backup to Jose Manual Calderon and I see them drafting Maureece Speights at 17, Roy Hibbert at 21 . Starting unit of Calderon-Parker-Maggette-Bosh-Rasho with a bench of the 2 rookies, Knight, Moon, Garbajosa, Kapono, Delfino, Baston and Graham.

CHI OUT: Kirk Hinrich, Larry Hughes, #39 (22.8 Mil)
CHI IN: TJ Ford, Cuttino Mobley, Andrea Bargnani (21.9 Mil)
Bulls are poised to pick Rose, and this deal can help justify that as TJ can help Rose with his point guard skills. They also get another big to work on in Bargnani and Mobley can fill in as the starting off guard if Ben Gordon is traded, leading to a potential starting unit of Rose-Sefolosha-Deng-Gooden-Thomas with a bench of Ford-Nocioni-Mobley-Simmons-Bargnani-Noah-Gray-Curry

NJ Out: #10, #21, #40
NJ In: #7, #39
New Jersey goes up 3 spots at the cost of #21 and move up 1 spot in the 2nd round. I can see them taking Darrell Arthur/Kevin Love at #7 and either Joey Dorsey or DJ White with #39.

LAC OUT: Corey Maggette, Cuttino Mobley, Brevin Knight, #7 (21.1 Mil)
LAC IN: Kirk Hinrich, Larry Hughes, #10, #40 (22.8 Mil)
A perfect 3 for 2 trade, along with acquiring two players which can help us a lot. At the cost of it, we drop 3 slots in the first round, but add in a 2nd round pick as well. Augustine at #10, JJ Hickson at #35 and Courtney Lee at #40. Lee and Hickson spend the year with the D-league but remain unsigned so we can keep their rights and sign them later on. We use a portion of the MLE on Devin Brown[if not Pargo/Bostjan Nachbar] and the rest on Primoz Brezec or Francisco Elson. We sign Guillermo Diaz to be our 15th man and Tyrone Lue to be our emergency point guard in case Shaun isn't able to go.

Rotation: Starting 5
CE: Chris Kaman
PF: Elton Brand
SF: Al Thornton
SG: Larry Hughes
PG: Kirk Hinrich
Bench:
6th Man: Tim Thomas[SF/PF/CE]
7th: DJ Augustine[PG]
8th: Devin Brown[SG/PG/SF]
9th: Quinton Ross[SF/SG]
10th: Josh Powell[PF/CE]
11th: Shaun Livingston[G]
12th: Primoz Brezec[CE/PF]
Inactive List:
13th: Paul Davis or Nick Fazekas[PF/CE]
14th: Tyronne Lue[PG]
15th: Guillermo Diaz[G]
Own Rights To:
JJ Hickson[PF], Courtney Lee[SG], Sofoklis S[PF]

Looks good to me on paper..
