The Utah Jazz on Wednesday traded reserve point guard Jason Hart back to the Los Angeles Clippers for veteran guard Brevin Knight.
It was a straight up, one-for-one deal
Nice! Hart was great during his short stint here and Knight was kind of disappointing. I like this move.

Judging by the comments of Jazz fans it looks like this trade actually made everyone happy.

The Los Angeles Clippers acquired guard Jason Hart from the Utah Jazz in exchange for Brevin Knight, Vice President of Basketball Operations Elgin Baylor announced today.
Quote:
“We are glad to have Jason back with us,” Baylor said. “He played an important role for us when he was here previously, and we think he will be a valuable component this time as well.”
This is great. Jason is a perfect backup for Davis, more-so then Knight and he already did great here. Alot of Clipper Nation likes him due to how he stepped in and did well. I had a feeling we had one move left, and here it is. I believe now, our roster is complete, barring us able to get another player like we got Marcus[for free]. Knight was done, not as good a distributor as he once was and was getting slower, I hope he does well though as he was one of those players I've always liked.
We could have just resigned Hart a year ago but we signed Knight. Now we trade Knight for him..... I guess nobody is getting in Dunleavy's way this year. Everything is going smooth! I like it!
yet another "no duh" move. Im liking it. We should have never signed knight in the first place, many of us here said that from day one. He just was not the prototypical Dunleavvy style PG. Dont know why we let hart go in order to sign knight.
Very pleased with this deal. One of the rare minor, 1 for 1, non salary motivated deals that actually is best for both teams, and both players.
I have a feeling were done for the offseason, but if ive said it once ive said it 1000 times. Please dunleavvy find a way to trade mobley and thomas for a star thats on the trading block.

I think the Clippers wanted to re-sign Jason Hart but going after Francis hurt and by the time Francis made his decision I believe Hart was already signed by the Jazz. I am sure Jason loves being back in L.A. with his family.

I liked the signing when it happened, and I thought Brevin would be a lot more productive for this team based on his recent success in Charlotte. But, as it turns out I was wrong and I have no qualms about admitting it. Hart played some of his best basketball as a Clipper and hopefully he can pick up where he left off. Great move. And we now have two home-grown PG's!
