I was watching the news and the newscaster said something really short about Donald Sterling getting charged for allegedly making advances towards an old employee, but I can't find anything about it on the 'net. Did I hear that wrong? Anyone else hear something like this?

Clipper owner Donald Sterling was sued for sexual harassment Tuesday in Los Angeles by a former employee.

Sumner Davenport, a property supervisor at Sterling's Beverly Hills Properties, was fired in 2002. The suit also seeks damages for wrongful termination.
Davenport said that while she worked for him, Sterling made "unwanted and offensive physical conduct" that included hugging, kissing and touching her chest.

In the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Davenport says Sterling at times unbuttoned his pants and "adjust(ed) himself" while she sat across the desk from him.

A call to Sterling's Beverly Hills office Tuesday night was not immediately returned.

Oh brother, theyre coming out of the wood work arent they. At least Kobe's accuser only waited a day or two to accuse, didnt she? It took this girl almost a year to figure out that she wanted to come forward?
