1) Kobe - Unrivaled work ethic and competitiveness / Undying need to prove people wrong. Sometimes can be detrimental.
2) McKie - Experience / Never plays a damn game.
3) Sasha - Is an annoying pest defensively. / Can't shoot for having the reputation of a great shooter.
4) Lamar - Versatile / Weak mindset on the court.
5) Kwame - Can defend well against strictly in the paint players / Crappy team defender.
6) Mimh - Consistent NBA quality Center / Soft.
7) Smush - Persistence. He's come a long ways since Fordham. / Smushcalade. Seriously man, what were you thinking with that one?
8) Walton - Can be a smart player. / Shooting slumps.
9) Vlad - Decent shooter. IS better than Tim Thomas. / Complains a lot about playing time.
10) Turiaf - Dilligence, Toughness, and overall mindset. / Could work on his FT shooting.
11) Cook - Good midrange jumpshot. / Quite possibly the worst post defender in the game.
12) Williams - Apparently developed a great outside shot in Europe. / We brought him in for the same deal that Flip Murray got. Did not deserve guaranteed contract.
13) Bynum - Willingness to learn and work / Still too weak.
14) Farmar - Another young, hardworking type of player. / Probably won't contribute much right away.
15) Green - Has to the potential to develop a quality all around game. / No jumpshot to speak of.
16) Wafer - Sucks.
17) Evans - Can be a solid contributor, and marks one of the few times Mitch/Jim made a great small move that the best GMs always seem to make. / Not really sure at this point.
1) Kobe - GOAT of SGs? / Bad shot selection, 45 FG%
2) McKie - VET / Didn't play this year.
3) Sasha - Clutch / Weak physically
4) Lamar - Great Rebounder / Disappears, Inconsistant
5) Kwame - Post defense / Got burned by Nash in the pick and roll
6) Mihm - Nice set of post moves? / Inconsistant, injury prone, soft, didn't come to LA to be a starter
7) Smush - Good 3rd or 4th option scorer, very exciting player / Disappeared in the PHX series when we needed him most, couldn't finish
8) Walton - Can be a smart player. / Can be a stupid player. (Pass into the backcourt and gets us a backcourt violation )
9) Vlad - Can get hot easily / Can get cold easily
10) Turiaf - Tough, considered by many not to have a chance to play basketball after the open heart surgery / Play damn you! PLAY!
11) Cook - Can provide a nice offensive spark (see: Dallas) / Bad post defense
12) Williams - I don't know. / I don't know.
13) Bynum - Has shown signs of greatness / Passed up players who could've contributed NOW such as Sean May for this kid.
14) Farmar - Looks like a good prospect, very pure / Phil might not give him enough time to make a difference
15) Green - Has a lot of potential. / Will never accomplish anything in this league.
16) Wafer - This dunk / Sucks.
17) Evans - Can be a great player off the bench / Kobe will be taking up most of the minutes for the SG spot
Dislike about all Laker players - they shoot too many damn 3's. Every single one of them, especially last year.
But for the main players
PG
Smush - good at disruption of passing lanes and getting steals / Bad shot decisions, should drive to basket more, shoot less jump shots
Sashsa - very good man on man defense, probably the lakers best defensive pg, nice outside shot / nothing really now, he plays to the best of his abilities, which are average
Farmer - trying to get over Lakers not picking another certain PG, no comment, hope he proves me wrong
SG
Kobe - Excellent finisher around the basket / shoots too many 3's, needs to play around the hoop more often and draw more fouls and shot less jumpers
SF
Walton - Not much i like about him, occasional smart plays / just not that good, he's a role player
Odom - Like his penetration ability / prone to many stupid fouls
PF
Vlad - Good shooter / stupid shooting decisions occasionally
Cook - Good shooter / not that talented, bad defense
C
Mihm - good offensive option, solid defender / can be inconsistant game to game, but I like his game overall, just needs to be more consistant, excellent role player
Kwame - great man to man defense / Prone to idiotic fouls, lapses in judgement for defensive rotation
Kobe - We have the best player in the league on our side. He always saves our butts when we're not playing well. Works really hard and has great love for the game. / Only guards the marquee wing players. Plays for steals too often. Doesnt attack the rim as much as he should. Also takes too many shots and sometimes deosnt get other Lakers involved.
McKie - Hes a veteran. / Didn't play at all this year.
Sasha - Perfect role player. Great defense and pretty good three point shooter. / Soft going to the basket. Emotions get the best of him.
Lamar - One of my favorite players cause hes such a versatile player, also because he is a humble guy. Really fun to watch when hes at the top of his game. Unselfish... / Hes unselfish to a fault. Hasnt really improved much since he came into the league. Isnt living up to his potential.
Kwame - He can really body up well. Hes a monster when aggressive. / Hes a poor help defender and has terrible hands.
Mihm - I like that he dunks the ball a lot and has good post moves. Hes a shotblocker and has a reliable jumpshot. His FG% is sky high. / Hes kinda injury prone and soft, plus he picks up to many fouls.
Smush - Hes a very good scorer when hes not the defense's main focus. He can throw down some monster dunks./ Disappeared in the playoffs. His handles need to get better.
Walton - He does well when the team is doing well. / Watching him on a bad game makes me cringe.
Vlad - Hes one of the best 3 point shooters in the league. He has a cool name too. / Im not a big fan of tall Euro wing players.
Turiaf - Hes a warrior. I like his garbage man mentality. He is also a great cheerleader. / He seems a little jittery on the court, so maybe he needs to contain his energy on the court.
Cook - He is automatic from long range. Plus, he can take charges. / Hes a bad post defender.
Bynum - I know this guy will be good./ He is gonna take a long time to develop.
Farmar - It seems like he'll be pretty good. / I dont like his game, reminds me of Luke Ridnour.
Evans - He can run, dunk and shoot. / Ive heard rumors that he was a spy for Flip Saunders.

Lamar - This cat can ball. / Too passive.
Kwame - Could have been MVP of Suns-Lakers series. / Game 7.
Mihm - Hook Shot / Foul Trouble and Injuries
Smush - Goes to the hoop strong / Smush Parker? Thats not a name, thats a sentence.
Walton - Son of Bill Walton / I close my eyes and hope for the best when I see him inbounding a ball.
Vlad - Shoots 3's like nobody's business / That's pretty much all he does.
Turiaf - Good Hustle / Needs Development
Cook - Nice Range / Not Consistent.
Bynum - Has Great Potential / Big men take longer to develop.
Farmar - Knows how to play smart / Won't play much.
Evans - Lots of Energy / Tried to do a goofy looking Vince Carter elbow-in-the-net dunk on a fast break in Detroit and completely missed.
I only did this list so I can mention Evans missing that dunk because it was really funny. He tried to throw it down so hard and got rejected by the rim. Ah, memories.

Sasha - Always ready to play when called for/ Jump shot streaky
Lamar - Passing, rebounding / mentally methodic in his scoring style and his game rhythm is easily affected.
Kwame - Great Post D strength, nice post moves / but can't finish around the basket, very bad hands that make him an inept rebounder and blocker.
Mihm - Great Post offensive and mid range game / Foul Trouble and injuries
Smush - Great Handles/ Jump shot streaking, may not bring his A game every night..
Walton - Offensive awareness and rebounding / An often impulsive decision maker on offense, terrible one on one defense
Vlad - 3pts/ can still be cold at times, not so good rebounder despite his size.
Turiaf - Lot's of energy / needs more playing time to develope
Cook - 3pts and close range/ No post D and quite streaky.
Bynum - Size and defensive awareness / still raw on offense.
Farmar - offensive awareness, competitve / turnovers and often cold on offense.
Evans - Good all round game / may try to do to much on offense.
Green - Good at everything/ great at nothing.
