.....Unfortunately the problem with the NBA is what makes the NBA great to loyal fans. NBA players don't have the luxury of wearing uniforms that cover their idenity like the NFL. When an NFL player does something wrong on the field, even though we know that player's name, psychologically we view them as just a bad cog in a big machine. In the NBA we see every facial expression and every emotion in an athlete to a point where we become personaly attached to that player without even realizing it - we then place that NBA athlete down to our level viewing him as a human being thus making it easier to critize as we constantly compare him to our own humility.
