they're raising ticket prices and selling out every game. i still don't see how this makes them stupid.
what i think "gives" is 1) the relative size of LA and surrounding cities (bigger fan base) 2) the laker's winning history 3) kobe

We are all complaining now about the ticket prices, and rightfully so. But people are still gonna buy the tickets regardless of raised prices. Going to a Laker game is like going to a very swank bar or club. It doesnt matter whose playing or winning, just being at the Staples Center for a game is an experience.

This sucks. At this rate, only celebrities will be able to afford to go to Laker games. This is why we have a bad reputation for having bad fans. Real Laker fans can't afford it, only Sly Stallone and Lindsay Lohan.
