Looks like KG might be Avaliable Again...

Over the weekend, several Eastern Conference general managers told ESPN.com that Minnesota Timberwolves GM Kevin McHale is finally listening to trade offers for Wolves superstar Kevin Garnett.

Sources from several NBA teams say the Wolves have been making calls to gauge Kevin Garnett's trade value throughout the league.

They're not exactly shopping him around but merely asking for KG's trade value.
You know I think it's going to depend on what happens during draft day. If the TWolves decides to draft a project like Yi Jianlian or Mike Conley, the Wolves might get a bit serious trading KG.
We might have a chance at KG if we offer Odom, Bynum, Kwame, and the 19th pick but that's just my personal opinion.
Wow can't wait til draft day...

I'd give up any combination of players (not including Kobe) for Kevin Garnett.

Boston would send Al Jefferson, Gerald Green, Sebastian Telfair, Theo Ratliff, and change to Minnesota along with the No. 5 pick in the upcoming draft. In exchange, the Celtics would get Garnett.
|
Ford didnt mention anything about the Lakers but did come up with this silly deal involving the wolves and the celtics

KG, at 31ish.. isn't shaq. we also don't have the assets to trade for good roleplayers (we don't have a good FO to do that either)

We won't have the best offer for him anyways. I don't know how we beat out some other teams with better draft picks.

I don't even know if Mitch has enough power to **** things up. I actually feel sorry for the guy.
