Lakers in...

Right now things are winding down in the NBA, and this year, among many of the last years, there really isn't that much question about whos going to win the finals. Instead the question has been "how many will it take for the Lakers to get it over with?" I personally think that the Lakers could beat any team in four if they played their best, but in almost every series, you will usually have that overconfidence game where even though they claim to "not treat it like a throw away" they really actually do. So im going with the lakers in 5, and hoping for an improved eastern conference next year for a little more competition,

Lakers can sweep the Nets. No doubt. But their disinterest in playing lesser opponenet showed in the last 3 qtrs of game 1. IMO Lakers will lose 1 or 2 games in NJ and wrap it up in 5 or 6 games. I am guessing 6 games.

I agree that they can sweep, but as you said their disinterest will cost them. But I think it will only cost them one game at most-not two

I am guessing the second loss in NJ so that they HAVE to play game 5 which means

A) They get to celebrate in front of home crowd

B) Ticket sale for Jerry Buss for game 5.

The Lakers seem to lose interest in more of the home games as opposed to the road games. I actually think they might lose game 2 but I don't see them losing a game in Jersey.
