Haha, nice one.
I like how Lamar is contributing as the third option. I wonder how he'll fit with Andrew coming back though since Lamar is spending more time at the 4. Will he find a way to fit in on the perimeter? I hope he does because his versatility will allow us to play big or small.

as long as he's playing with the aggression and confidence he'll be ok.
it's unbelievable how confidence can change a player. you look at lamar and he's stepping into his stops, making aggressive cuts, and rebounding like he's possessed.
look at sasha too. you dont see him pass up shots anymore simply amazing

If lamar can play decent D and keep knockin down shots, he is the PERFECT 3rd/4th option. Lamar always brings the boards and assists. He seems to be catchin a rythm and his jumper has been falling. you guys are funny, though, his scoring average has gone up what, two pts?

Who cares that his scoring average has gone up... we have Gasol now.. what Odom does for us right now is gets double doubles, takes the ball up, and can score at least 14 a game. The perfect fit for us as the third option. With Bynum back, and even less pressure on him (he'll go up against the 3's) I can only see him getting better.
Odom was not the man when it was Kobe and him. And when Bynum emerged, we started to have virtually the same type of success then as we do now with Pau. But now that we have both, Odom couldn't be in a better situation.

Good points about Lamar. I hope that he can find his place and continue to do all the extra things for us like rebound and make those aggressive cuts.

Re: Lamar Odom: Shapeshifter
If he continues to play like this throughout the rest of the season, I will be ecstatic.

how is that wishy washy?
reality is, i think he's now a good fit on the team but i wouldn't mind if he were traded in the offseason. i would miss him though, because he seems like a good teammate.

Sometimes I think Lamar is good, other times I don't.
That's not wishy-washy? You went from saying Vladi sucks when Bynum went down to saying he's not so bad.
Two weeks ago you wanted him to come off the bench in favor of Ariza.
