Yeah.. I'm pretty sure you would take a fat contract if it was offered to you even with a history of bad injuries.
Besides, you don't think Magic is happy to be rid of him and his salary now that they are in the hunt for a title?

Re: Winning the pacific.
It's funny because Grant Hill is one of the few Suns players that I do like.

I may be wrong about the info i'm basing it, but:
- Orlando payed a zillion bucks for a player who could not play for them;
- Eventhough it was not Hill's fault, he should be thankfull for it;
- Orlando wanted Hill to stay on the roster;
- Heill signed elsewere to try and get a ring.
Wasn't it how it hapenned?

All except your third point. Magic preferred Turkoglu and Lewis over him. It's why we got Ariza too.

Re: Winning the pacific.
So we still have a 3 game lead on the Suns.
And as far as the Spurs go, they're getting spanked right now by the Hornets in the 4th quarter, but the Rockets won. What does that all mean?
We have a 1 game lead now on San Antonio and Houston, and 1.5 on the Hornets. Things are going to get much more interesting after this weekend is over.

Re: Winning the pacific.
Oh, and what I forgot to mention as well is that Houston is now #2 because they have the tie-breaker over San Antonio with one more game between the two at the end of the month.
