i don't know how we're better than a good team, yet somehow allow them to score 72 points in a half. it was definitely not one of our worst halves. we did score 49 points. it was maybe one of our worst defensive halves though. we've had that a few times this year, so im not really sure what that says about us.
Reading comprehension for the win.

Thats the point. We sucked, yet still won a game agaisnt a team thats supposed to be better than us in our current state. Add that to the fact Golden state is fighting for there playoff lives and hungry.

We almost won both of them because they play such a pathetic level of defense no lead is safe with them. I'm not sure why you don't understand what I'm trying to say here, it's not really as complicated as your making it.

It was most defiantly one of the worst half's of basketball. Who gives a crap if we scored 49 points.. They scored 72 by HALF time.

Do you know what the prior record for points allowed by the Lakers in a first half is?

Do you know what the prior record for allowing a team to score in points over turn overs in a quarter vs the Lakers is?

Lakers played awful, and horrible. Still won one, and still almost one the other (if not for a couple miracle threes at the end) they would have dropped two to the Lakers.

Re: Gasol Still Not Ready To Play

Phil Jackson just said on Lakers Live that Pau won't play on Sunday, either.

Re: Gasol Still Not Ready To Play

Somebody should check to see if we've set an NBA record with the most seven footers out simultaneously with an injury (3). It could arguably be four, as DJ Mbenga plays as good as someone injured!

Re: Gasol Still Not Ready To Play

I don't care, someone has to say it.

We have the single most soft, slow-healing players in the entire ****ing league!!!

I wish they'd stop fooling everyone with these comeback dates and tell the loyal fans the ****ing truth! This is getting more and more frustrating.
