Re: Interview w/Gasol about ankle and team
I'm getting alittle sick of Gasol's tender mercy act. He needs to man up tape that damn thing up and start balling.
And we need to throw Bynum out there as well, for the last 5 games or so.
Seems like everyone not named Kobe has trouble recovering from injuries.

I agree about Gasol. It's a ****in' sprained ankle. Play through some pain.

Re: Interview w/Gasol about ankle and team
Dirk just came back tonight after missing 4 games, and his injury looked FAR worse.

Not really talking smack; I just find it odd that he's had to miss this many games. Seems like somewhat of a slow healer.

Andrew's looked worse than Pau's, though.

Re: Interview w/Gasol about ankle and team
I've had a severely sprained ankle and it is by far one of the most painful experiences of my life, more painful then a second-degree burn that was all over my back. Bad sprains can linger for months.

Agreed. I've had a severely sprained ankle as well, and it lingered for a month and a half.

Re: Interview w/Gasol about ankle and team
however bad it is, i would trade what i have now for an ankle sprain. hell, break my ankle while youre at it.
i've had a hip injury that has gone undiagnosed after 3 MRIs, steriod injection, 2 x-rays, and 2 orthopaedic doctors. it's been a year now, and it hasn't gone away.

Then you should be living proof that what an injury "looks like" has absolutely no relevance.

i don't get your logic. care to explain? if you were there to see me get injured, it looks bad. probably looked worse than andrew's injury.

Re: Interview w/Gasol about ankle and team
You have an injury that has gone undiagnosed, despite MRI's, injections, and X-rays, yet it still bugs you. The problem is not obvious , yet you are still bothered by it, after a year.
Im not trying to diminish your injury, or the pain you are expiriencing. All Im saying is that it is ridiculous to diagnosis an injury without any sort of medical information or expertise, and based only on what you saw in a replay from the sidelines.
Out of curiosity, how did you get hurt?
