Yea, he played point guard. It's funny because he doesn't look remotely the same. 20-year-old Stan was a skinny, handsome guy.

how awesome would it be if the Lakers fired D'Antoni and brought in SVG to coach?

Re: Lakers have players meeting and air it out.

Well it appears that this meeting has helped change the culture of the team. No more being afraid of stepping on people's toes. Everything is out in the open and players are confronting each other and holding each other accountable. That's wonderful news.

Quote:
Friday, Bryant had used the same terminology to express his displeasure at Nash making an unnecessary extra pass. That night he also expounded on the current climate in Lakerland: "The culture right now is a confrontational one, which you want. You can't just sweep things under the rug all the time. They don't get better by doing it. You have to be able to confront things."

It's quite a hole, but if they can keep doing this...

My concern is this: can Kobe do this every night?

They're 4 games back of Houston. If they win 8 out of the next ten and Houston goes 4-6 they're already tied.

I think Portland will continue to slide so I'm not worried about them.
