Minor injuries bothering Lakers

EL SEGUNGO, Calif. (AP) - The Los Angeles Lakers won't be at full strength for their first preseason game against the Clippers.

Forwards Rick Fox and Slava Medvedenko sat out practice Monday with back spasms and are questionable for Tuesday night's game at Bakersfield.

Robert Horry bumped knees with free agent forward Jefferson Sobral at the end of practice and fell. Horry said he was OK and probably will play against the Clippers.

Shaquille O'Neal still is recovering from right toe surgery.

Lakers coach Phil Jackson said Fox may make the trip to Bakersfield.

"We want to win a ballgame," he said.

Just as along as their all MINOR injuries I really hope that Krush gets a good feel of his new offense during the camp and pre-season
