He was explaining what would hypothetically happen if O'Neal were suspended; he wasn't saying O'Neal WOULD be suspended. Suspensions don't happen to players on the injured list.

Fox should have gotten more games, IMO. What he did was a blatant, malicious, and pre-calculated attack. He should be gone for 10+ games.
