Well as you can see, the other moderators and I have agreed to a Off-topic forum for topic not directly related to the real lakers team, examples are Draft threads, general off topic threads and so on... HOWEVER

I will try to make this very clear
POST PADDING WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED

that means no worthless posts in order to increase your post count, and example is using 8 posts to type "Welcome Back" not to point that certain indv out, but that is an example of what i am talking about.

Secondly Baiting/Trolling Threads... Which applies to all members using this thread...

On the Internet, baiting is similar to trolling, in that baiters, like trolls, try to elicit a response from other users. The difference is that the response is supposed to be embarrassing to the user in question, and humorous to others. Baiters frequently concentrate on groups they do not like

So stay away from both of those, or face the consequences.
consequences might be suspension, revoking of access to the Off-topic forum, revoking access to the laker forum in general and even a possible ban for repeat offenders/serious offences
