Hmm.. Just thought of this now. Are we supposed to not have a bench for pitching. Or was that a mistake?

i thought the bench position was universal, but the draft should have gone 25 rounds

No it's not, because K/9 puts a little more value into relief pitchers than just sheer strikeout totals.

meh, its nitpicky for category, and odds are if you win total strikouts for a week you're going to win k/9, unless you use nothing but relievers... i stand by my cycles comment on cycles though

How many categories are there in this league that I got myself out of at the last minute? I've never been a fan of leagues with excessive stats to watch...

"hitting for the cycle" as a category is really dumb... We could stand to lose K/9 and Blown Saves as well...

The reason relievers have higher k/9 is because they throw less in the way of innings... why do we need something to make them more important, exactly?

I feel like for a ten team league, my roster should be more stacked than it currently is. Oh well. That perception of how good your team looks can change quickly

(I always get stuck with the ****ty players from my favorite MLB team.. McClouth, I'm looking at you)

Why not? Otherwise they hold little value outside of saves.

Having more relievers in your starting lineup is just as strategic as having more starters.

Some of you guys didn't forget about this? 10 team league with even 3-5 not updating? Not good. Dornado, I sent out a trade request for Tulowitzki but since you didn't accept/decline in 2 weeks, it automatically canceled it.

I'm 33-14. So far over last yr in football/basketball leagues, I've shown I can dominate regular season, but lose in the playoffs lol.

I admittedly don't have the same passion for fantasy baseball as I do fantasy football, but it doesn't help that I have four guys on the DL already.
