I've just read in nba.com that Pau has been voted for the nike baller of the year with yhe 70% of the votes against the 30% of Bryant.

Please, can somebody explain me what is this award?

I can't believe that the 70% of the votes are for Pau if hte award is about who is the best player of the year, so tell me what the award is please.

It is a collection of players who were each voted baller of the week and then fans voted for their favorites Gasol and Kobe were the only 3 time ballers of the week so it is fitting that they were in the finals.

He definately did not deserve. The reason he won was because of all the European voters who voted for him. He shouldnt of even got through the first round. Also maybe because of all the hate of Kobe at da moment

I'm pretty sure fan vote only contributes one vote to the competition.. like a bunch of analysts and people like that get a vote too.. so even tho pau might of won the fan vote .. kobe could still win.. I'm pretty sure thats how it works?

I love people who have this perception that all international NBA fans do all day is sit on the internet and vote for international players.
