Pau Gasol is undoubtably Memphis's best player. He's scoring 21ppg on about 13 shots per game and shooting 58% from the field and last year shot 52%. Instead of letting Williams keep jacking up shots, I think they should give Gasol about 15-20 shots per game, and this way they might fair much better. Gasol knows how to get the ball in the basket, and is a pretty good passer, just needs to cut down on his turnovers.
