Well Spartanfan, I wouldn't go so far to say that he is destroying his career, but he is doing a good job of letting the league know that he's a defensive liability for the Grizzlies. Its pitiful how soft this guy is on the defensive end and the way guys always outmuscle him for easy put-backs. I know he's pretty talented on the offensive end, but it will never matter because his defensive lapses will always cancel out his offensive productions. Instead of him doing like alot of players of working on his offensive game during the offseason, he needs to commit more time to developing his defensive abilities. Man, there has been several times on the court this season where it seemed like we only had 4 players at the defensive end. Man, what is it...... Are these guys not taught any kind of defense in the foreign countries.
