Grizzlies have been looking championship-caliber for the past 6 games now. Not that we ARE, but we're looking like it.
Pau has a baseline, one-handed windmill dunk from one side of the basket to the other after blowing by Jermaine O'Neal and hits a 3-pointers PLUS the foul and then makes the foul shot for the 4 point play. 23 points for Pau in the first half.

That shot was a two, but it's whatever the refs say, whether it's right or wrong.

Also, I loved Shane blocking Jermaine O'Neal's shot. Pure Shane Battier hustle.

Sounds like a great game so far.
My power has been out in my apartment all day, so I haven't been able to do the game thread. Just came back on a few minutes ago though.
Great to see the halftime stats. Pau is on a roll, it seems.

If the Grizzlies fed Pau like the Pacers do JO, Pau would have 40 by now.

I want to see Fratello smack Stromile if he takes another 16-foot jumpshot.
Take out JWill, he isn't giving the ball to our best player. And Tinsley's posting him up every single time.

Also, it is just getting silly watching JWill actually dribble the ball away from Pau almost every time down court.
Jerry West please get rid of the bum.

To think that Brevin Knight has 20 assists tonight with just Okafor.
He might not have the greatest of skill, but he knows how to play basketball. He'd be a great, great guy to bring back. I took having a point guard like that for granted.

J Will has froze Pau out of the game in the 3rd quarter. This is the most pathetic display of PG play I have seen ever in an NBA game. Burks can't get back fast enough. I am sick of watching J Will's schtick.

You'd think with all the money Croshere is milking Indiana for, he'd be able to afford some Rogaine or something.
Poor guy will be bald before Cardinal.

I still believe it's an absolute disgrace how underutilized Gasol is. He is an All-NBA talent and gets frozen out for a quarter? C'mon, that's just not right.

Anyone else notice the refs in the least few minutes? Man, I think I'm going to see a carrying call soon.
