Mar. 29, 2006: Grizzlies at Nets Official Game Thread
I'm surprised someone even realized these were gone, so here's another one for tonight.
The Nets are the hottest team in the league, but we've recently gone on our own tear. Gasol played 45 minutes less than 24 hours ago, so we'll see how he fares in this game. He has scored 113 total points in the last three contests. With strong individual showings (and wins) over the Nets, Hornets and Hawks, I see no reason why he shouldn't win another Player of the Week award, and therefore the Player of the Month.

You'd think the rest of this team played 45 minutes last night.
Pau looks great, and the rest of the team is in slow-motion.
Don't like the handchecks so far.

This Nets team just has too much energy for us right now.
10-1 on rebounds. There's no excuse for that.

What a one-man band.
Pau Gasol: 5-9 FG 10 points
Rest of team: 1-8 FG 3 points
I hope we don't wind up wasting this guy's time, because he's turned into something special.

A spark off the bench by...Bobby Jackson? Our bench has pulled it within six points. This looks like a different team with Kidd on the bench.
And I just have to shake my head when I see all those Krstic = next Gasol posts. He's a seven-foot, white, bearded European. The comparisons end right there.

Cardinal's an underrated passer.
Another bad call from Olesiak...

Cliff is pounding Gasol. Who's the superstar here? Make a freakin' call.

The Nets had a pretty significant drought, and we just couldn't take advantage at all.
Now the Nets have their stroke back, and we're on the verge of getting destroyed.

Kidd back in the game. We're toast.

Off night for Mike Miller is costing you guys. Miller has always killed the Nets since his Orlando days.

I've never understood Cliff Robinson's problem with Pau Gasol. He's always initiated that extra-cirricular activity with him ever since his Golden State days.
Herpes rage? Is there such a thing?

lol Rawse, are you the only Grizz fan on these boards? Why doesn't anyone else post here? You should come visit the Nets board often. There's always a party going on there (good or bad) hehe.
