Speaking on Sports 1140 KHTK, the Sacramento Kings' flagship station, Grizzlies' guard Bobby Jackson said he would not be returning to Memphis to play for the team. He stated he will test the market, but Memphis was definitely out of the equation.
Jackson said he was not a fan of Grizzlies' coach Mike Fratello's system and criticized the coach for not knowing how to use him. He added, he understood why former Grizzlies' guard Bonzi Wells had problems with Fratello.
Ironically, Wells was part of a trade to bring Jackson to Memphis from Sacramento.
Jackson will be a free agent at the end of the season. He averaged 11.4 points and 2.3 rebounds in 71 games with the Grizzlies this season.

Good riddance, you washed-up, always-injured, shot-happy scrub.
Fratello was already playing Jackson twice the minutes he deserved. No matter how he got used on the floor (I'm sure he's irritated that he actually had to pass once in awhile), he can't blame Fratello for his sub-arctic shooting percentage last year.
Bum.
