I don't think that is a TERRIBLE DEAL, but I didn't like it. I rather see Gasol being traded for expiring contracts and a big draft pick, something like:
Gasol to Boston for Ratliff/Perkins/Tony Allen/5th pick

if you want the 5 and tony allen you will have to take wally instead of ratliff...if you want theo then im thinkin it would be more like theo/perk and the 5 no tony allen

Tony Allen sucked too bad - even before he tore up his knee - to take on Wally World's albatross.
Zuca's deal is a jip. Once you get past three or four guys, this draft isn't as special as advertised, and Perkins/Allen are scrubs. To deal Gasol for anything less than Jefferson + Gerald Green is madness.

to get a 12 million dollar expiring and a number 5 overall pick is plenty for gasol...a throw in like telfair or allen could be included but thats not a shabby deal at all...theos cap relief and another top 5 pick to add to ur number 4 would be a great way for memphis to start over again and fully rebuild
