I don't know if anyone of you have been following the Euro championships, but both were really looking good until the final. Navarro wasn't hundred percent, but still a scoring machine, you need to stay with him or he is going to score, he can definately create his own shot and should be able to do so in the NBA. He didn't score one single point in the final though, looked passive, but also seemed to be running out of gas. Maybe he was just exhausted not being completely healthy and three games in four days certainly don't help to get back into perfect shape.

Gasol was a force on the boards and on the defensive end, trying to block everything and opponents backed down going the hole because of his ability to block shots. He needs to do more of that in the NBA and someone needs to tell him that he has the potential to be one of the best shotblockers in the league. Offensively he was fine, but showed some problems to convert free throws in the final. It's too much to say that he choked because nobody else wanted the ball in his hands in the last five minutes of the final anymore, but it's close to that.

I believe this addition to the team will help Gasol gel better with the team and the team better with the two of them and their style of play

Yesterday I saw the game vs Unicaja.

If anyone could see the match, this is what Navarro could do for the team. 21 points, with 5 threes (with the NBA distance)

I supose that Iavaroni wil not give him 30 minutes as he did yesterday, but this guy is a 25 mpg guy for sure and can contribute from the first game in the NBA, he si not a usual rookie, he is 27, and has a lot of confidence.
