You would think with bynum out they would want to keep one of the better backup centers in the nba.

second round picks are worthless.

95% of the time they do nothing and are out of the league soon after.

Chris Mihm is cooked. Ankle surgeries have rendered him completely worthless.

This was strictly a financial move from the Lakers -- they won't even get that second rounder because it's so heavily protected.
