I'd like to see Mayo making the same progress from season to season. He might not be in KD's class as a player, but he still can improve greatly and build on his excellent first season. More drives, closer jumpers, more free throws and more boards from Mayo would lead to more wins for the Grizzlies.

I saw that list when espn put it out there onthe website. Durant would have to be a veteran to pattern his game after. I would like to say Wade but two things prevent that:

I'd never choose to my boy to pattern his game after a guy who cried and needed a wheel chair with a shoulder injury. That is WEAK.

The fact that Wade sat him in the rookie challenge when he was leading the rookies in scoring was just wrong. How does #32 not start that game? I think Wade was bent outta shape when Mayo put up 28 on him in the Grizzlies win in December

I'd probably pick K. Bryant of this season.
El Guerrero-Marc Gasol should definitely watch tape on Bill Laimbeer.
