You guys got a prize in Jake Tsakalidis, he is a very sound center and will fill the a big need for the team.

And I really think Troy Bell and Dahntay Jones could be very exciting players on the team and look for big leadership from Troy Bell. He was one of the most passionate and competitive players in college last year and can flat out score.

I never though the Drew Gooden-Gordan trade for Mike Miller was good but Jerry West has some fine hustle players on his team combined with super stars in Gasol, Williams and to a lesser extent Miller.

It would be very hard for anyone to find a better group of hustle players that can flat out defend and do the dirty work.

Michael Dickerson's injury status will be a major factor though determining the success of the team though.

Honestly, I don't think Troy Bell will amount to any kind of a player while he is with the Grizzlies. He is just behind too many players on the depth chart and will never work himself up. I think the Grizzlies should try to trade him for a future first rounder. (hopefully a 13-18 pick)

How come when Tskalidis was on the Suns everyone thoght he was so horrible now that he has got traded he is now a good player I always felt he was though.

No one ever said he was horrible, they just think he is a decent player, a big man who the Grizz really needed.

Jermaine O'Neal and many other players have just needed new environments or different situations to excel in performance. Conditions players have to play under affect their performance on certain teams.

I don't recall seeing anyone proclaim Big Jake as the second coming of Christ himself here. A 7'2", 300 pound, 24 y/o player has never hurt any team. Frank Johnson had already said he was going to be the starting center for the Suns this season. But you're right, he's horrible.
