Tough stretch coming up
We started the season with 11 of the 1st 17 on the road, now we come to a more brutal stretch: 11 of next 16 on the road mostly against winning teams: New Orleans, Denver, Sacremento, Indiana, Dallas, Portland, Utah, Seattle[just in time for Ray Allen], Golden State, Clippers, and Philadelphia. WOW!!!
I will be happy if we can get 6 of those games. 5 might be more seasonable. Would be real good to start off with a win.
What is crazy is that in the West, every stretch of games seems brutal. There are no bad teams in the West. Phoenix is the worst team and they have 2 All Stars, Clippers have 1....jeez. I will be happy to be .500 after January.

Luckily, our five home games over that stretch are very reasonable. Winning on the road in this league is hard enough, but our away-from-home schedule coming up is almost unbearable.
Next Five Home Games:
Knicks
Sonics
Jazz
Magic
Bulls
There's no reason not to win at least four of those.

I think if Memphis wants to truly contend they need to win all 5 of those home games. They can't lose to any of those teams as they are all poor road teams.

Can't lose at home to anyone especially anyone competing for spots 6-8.

damn, our schedule is always tough since we're in the west.. all the teams in the west are tough tough teams, and could play well any given night.
