Notes
Memphis is coming off a 97-83 thumping of Miami at the Pyramid and are now opening a three-game road trip against the Hornets. Earl Watson will once again start at the point guard spot in place of Jason Williams, and he will be matched against MVP candidate Baron Davis. Watson has played elite points very well in his stint as a starter and is looking to continue the trend. With a win tonight, Memphis will get back to .500 on the road. They are a franchise high five games above .500 overall.

- Jason Williams (strained back muscle) is probable.
- Dahntay Jones (sore left Achilles), Theron Smith (back spasms), and Ryan Humphrey (concussion) are on the injured list.

New Orleans has been one of the hottest teams in the Eastern Conference this year, but they're currently on a three-game slide. They haven't fared too well against Western teams, especially lately, but they are a dangerous home team.

This should be a tough game. The Hornets are favored to win by 4pts tonight. New Orleans has dropped their last three games, all to Western Conference teams.

The Hornets just seem to be a little down right now. I hope tonight isn't the night that they start picking back up.

Bonzi played well, but other than that, I was very frustrated with the team's complete lack of effort throughout the game.

Pau just mailed it in. Stro couldn't hit a shot, although he did a great job offensive rebounding and getting to the line. Not having Wright hurt us badly.

New Orleans is one huge team.
