Rawse, you know that if you want to make a better game thread then you are more than welcome. I thought you were busy tonight. I'm almost ashamed of mine.

The starting lineup tonight is very surprising.
Earl Watson
Mike Miller
James Posey
Shane Battier
Pau Gasol

No Wright, no Stro, No Camby...this game should be fun to watch with the small lineups for both teams.
Nene beat Gasol up last season, we will see if Gasol will show up 2nite!

Well, we're getting anything we want in the paint thus far. I have to say I'm a little surprised.
And the game thread is just fine.

Stromile is "under the weather" more than any player that I've ever seen.

The pacing is nuts. These guys haven't stopped running since the tip.
And it's causing way too many turnovers.

Very nice sequence to end the first half. Melo gets away with a push-off, so we just steal it from him and dunk it on the fast break.
We're now tied at 52.

Well I was enjoying this up and down the floor type of game.
But, my dad just kicked me out the room that had the only tv in the house with digital cable
There was ALOT of turnovers in that first half, it seemed like every possession one of the two teams got a steal.
Pau is playing good, but i honestly haven't seen him pass once, but hey, what he's doing is working.
Melo is quiet.

Pau has been awesome tonight. Battier has also been playing his arse off, but no surprise there.
We're actually out-rebounding a team, 30 to 20 at the half.
