Canada had no chance against the USA. China and Australia are in a close game at the half, but I was watching water polo.

Women's Semifinals Thursday Aug 9th
USA vs Australia 12 Noon
Russia vs France 4PM

I personally do not believe that anyone aside from Australia has a legitimate chance to beat us in women's basketball. They have incredible size with Lauren Jackson, Liz Cambage and a couple of other players. It isn't like we do not have size though and we have a big advantage on the perimeter. In all honesty Australia has not been impressive so far. They let China hang with them for a half and they lost a game that put them in the same bracket as the USA. They can still beat us if things go their way, but they could also get blown out by what looks like a truly dominant USA team.

Damn Australia is playing about as well as though possibly could and we are not playing well at all. We have not been able to stop Cambage at all and their guards are playing much better than I would have expected.

Our girls gave it a good shot, but USA too good after half time. Should've been the gold medal match

Cambage is gonna be a gun also. I remember seeing her when she was like 15 at my local basketball stadium, she was about 6'4" then too. Beast.
