After a young RIDER team wins consecutive games on the road, with a home tilt against Northeastern on Saturday. FOUR teams with ZERO wins is pretty pathetic.

You've also played one of the weakest OOCs in the MAAC. Don't think that doesn't help.
Rider has back to back road wins, it doesn't matter who you play, that's impressive. I believe the last time Rider won back to back was in 2004 when it won three straight road games.

I guess given Rider's history, that would be impressive to you no matter who the opponent is.
Really? When was the last time IJC won three consecutive road games - not NEUTRAL games, road games?
That would be last year when the had 3 straight road games...Feb 8, 11, and 15...Loyola, Fairfield, and Rider. It was also the last 3 straight road wins of an 8 game road winning streak they posted last year.
Being Rider is "on top of the MAAC" now. Would that be a credit to Dempsey or not? I would have to think if you are going to blame him for losses you have to credit him for being their recent success. Raver?

Sure, I hope he proves me wrong and learned something from last year.
Dempsey is a JUCO coach that got thrown into the Rider situation because Rider does not have the resources to conduct a national search like other MAAC schools for a head coach. Instead, Rider hands the reigns over to a guy with no experience at the D-I level and with limited recruiting contacts - his biggest recruiting contact turned out to be Jason Thompson.
You would think all of the top Big East and ACC assistants would be faxing their resumes to Rider on a daily basis had Rider opened up the search. Rider went the cheap way out and Harnum got out when he realized he forgot to recruit a replacement for Jerry Johnson.
I was just trying rid the Raver of his cop out that Dempsey stinks. So when the wheels fall off he must admit that the team simply sux. If the team can win with him now and they are great, then Dempsey must not be all that bad.

BgRedMchn, "facts" are not Raver's strong suit. I recall reading that he boasted Ryder having the highest winning percentage in the MAAC -- until someone took the time to dig up the records. Not even close.
Now, he asks when Iona had back to back to back road wins -- only to be schooled and shown that last season Iona had back to back to back to back to back to back to back to back road wins. Top that, Rava.
Let him enjoy "The String". Fans of the previous season's last place team need to "rave" about something.
