What time tomorrow does the rookie game start? I hear our boys Wade & Dwight will be coaching.... good stuff.

Dwight said in his blog that he has a trick up his sleeve for the rookie game and if they let him do it it's going to be great.

I've seen 2 new T-Mobile Wade/Barkley commercials tonight. I thought T-Mobile was dropping it after the Barkley arrest?

That one with Wade, Barkley and Dwight Howard was funny

They probably filmed them a while ago.

Beasley is playing decent, I would have liked to see him play with some more effort, he's on the national stage here to make a name for himself.

^Yeah, I remember Wade saying that had filmed some commercials that hadnt been shown yet. I thought they were dropping them all together and were not gonna show the new ones either.

Beasley's got 10pts on 4-10.

Its amazing how these so called analyst constantly put Beasley down. Kenny Smith talked about Mike needing to learn better shot selection. Obviously all young players do but he equated it to what Durant was doing last year which isnt even close. Durant was just at 40% for most of the season while at the All star break, Beasley's at 46%.

I don't think some of these guys watch games. Sometimes it seems like they don't know what they are talking about.

Yeah, he played awesome, especially in the 2nd half when he and Durant were going back and forth.

Durant just turned it on there in the middle of the 4th and the game was over.

B-Easy showcased later in the game, good to see. Looked like he was having fun with Durant too.

Durant just turned it on to another level in the 4th. That point when he nailed all those threes.. Talented dude.

On other bball sites, people were calling Beasley a ball hog and getting mad that he was taking all the shots, which is totally understandable because I remember feeling the same way in these rookie/Soph. games, when it was Lebron and Melo taking all the shots and not Wade

Mayb earlier in the game when he was missing on bout half his shots and drives, but later in the game nah, he was just ballin'.

Yup, he started off 2-8 and went 9-14 from that point on.

But that doesnt matter cause he was taking more shots than their rookie did so they're gonna be pissed off no matter what. I know cause I remember that feeling. Its worse in this game then if it happens in the all star game because these top rookies and Sophs., arent on good teams and most likely dont have players playing on Sunday. So this game is pretty much all they have to look forward to on this weekend.

Cook comfortable changing shot for tonight's 3-point contest
