Re: Game 21: Wizards @ Heat (12/15 7:30PM)
Wizards play the Lakers tonight. But playing teams on the 2nd night of a back to back hasnt seemed to matter for the Heat this season.

Calm down, I'm a huge Joel fan but it isn't starting him that will change that much.
Our problem is mental. We need to focus and give more heart on D. What scares me the most about this team is the lack of heart and focus, not that Joel is not starting. |

^ maybe it's the whole, "oh we won a ring so who cares now?" At least we know how we play in playoffs...regular season we seem to coast.

The idea that we need to start Joel to utilize him is inane. Starting actually hurts him. He gets in foul trouble right away.

Wizards lost to the Lakers tonight.
Warriors, not surprisingly, got blown out by the Magic coming off their win over us. Classic letdown game for a young team. Sent from my iPhone using Verticalsports.com Free App

Smithi - I know you love yourself some Randy Wittman, but how can a guy love purity so much and watch Jordan Crawford play? How do you tolerate this!?

Re: Game 21: Wizards @ Heat (12/15 7:30PM)
The way they shot in the 2nd half vs. LA looked like a different team than what we faced. Cartier Martin went crazy in the 2nd quarter, and Seraphin hit a lot of shots, but other than that they were pretty dookie.

You can't turn a roster completely over in less than a calendar year. Their efforts to eject clowns like Javale McGee, Nick Young, and Andray Blatche was pretty impressive. Replacing them with good citizens like Emeka Okafor is a plus. Right now they're struggling but once they get a bit healthier you'll see them try to dump Jordan Crawford for a more physical and reliable guy. This season has been a nightmare for Washington. I think they'll finally kick Ernie Grunfeld to the curb. They're in a really tough spot without John Wall and if John Wall were to come back slow then that franchise is dead.
