I'm a Rockets fan who hasn't seen any Milwaukee games this season, and Im just wondering how you guys think your team is doing with the trade of Mike James for a few of our players(sorry I cant recall their names). Are you all upset with the trade, or has it been a contribution to the Bucks?

I didn't really like the deal that much but it freed up a couple more million from our cap. MJ has been playing great lately but had to fight for minutes with Mo and Strick (I don't know why). Also this might be a little hope that TJ has a shot of coming back for next year. Also we have been doing pretty good for the 2nd round lately. We got Gadzilla, Redd Zone, and Zaza (traded for one) all for 2nd round picks.

I really liked this deal when it was announced. James is a very solid player, but with this team not going to the playoffs this year, it was better to let the young guys show what they can do (Mo Williams), and see if they should be in our future plans.

Plus, with Michael Redd needing to be resigned, we need all the capspace we can get, and with the way we have been picking in the 2nd round (like Mavs Dude said), I would like to see what we can pull out of this deep draft class.

The trade also leads me to believe that the Bucks Front Office knows more about the TJ Ford situation than us. If they thought that TJ wouldn't come back next season, I think they would have kept James for insurance.
