I love him but in the 4 years since we traded Allen and essentially made this Micheal's team we have struggled to be a 40 win team. He clearly isnt the guy that is going to take this team to the next level. The other option is to possibly move Bogut and Villanueva in hopes of putting some better pieces around redd. I am starting to get impatient with the theory of being a young team developing chemistry, we have been a team of underachievers that doesnt look like they are going to make that leap to the upper echelon of eastern conference teams. Outside of Boston and Detroit this conference is less than impressive and if the bucks ever want to compete they are going to need to do something, and fast.

Well seeing Redd is not in trade rumors, he most likely isn't going anywhere just yet. Maybe a package trade to the cavs will help?

We'd have to get draft pick and some promising young players, and I'd rather have someone other than Larry Harris doing the trading.
