Game Thread, Celtics vs Bucks, 6:30, Boston

Quote:
TEAMS: Milwaukee Bucks (26-52) vs. Boston Celtics (62-16).

WHEN: 6:30 tonight.

WHERE: TD Banknorth Garden, Boston.

BROADCASTS: TV - FSN Wisconsin cable. Radio - AM-1250.

ABOUT THE CELTICS: Coach Doc Rivers continues to monitor the playing time of Ray Allen, Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett. He limited that trio to about 20 minutes each in a victory over the Bucks on Tuesday at the Bradley Center and raised the limit to 30 for the game Wednesday against Washington. But for the game Saturday against Atlanta, Rivers said he would let the players decide whether they wanted to get their normal playing time, since the Hawks are still fighting for a playoff spot.

PLAYER TO WATCH
GLEN "BIG BABY" DAVIS, Celtics

The rookie forward left the game Wednesday in the second quarter with a strained right hamstring but Rivers said he would play against the Bucks. "He's living up to his nickname right now," Rivers said. In Boston's victory Tuesday at the Bradley Center, Davis played 29 minutes and had three points, eight rebounds, five fouls and seven turnovers.

Don't see many Bucks games, but I was wondering what's up with 0 minutes for CV? It's not like he was a raging disappointment in his last game - well, not offensively.

If you suspect fantasy motives for the question, I will neither confirm nor deny...

He hurt himself - hamstring, I think. The Bucks tend to tell the public those things right before a game begins.
