Bogut belongs in all star game - Van Gundy

As the No. 1 overall pick in the 2005 draft, Bogut has dealt with great expectations and plenty of disappointments. His progress often has been compared with that of point guards Deron Williams and Chris Paul, picked third and fourth, respectively, in the same draft class and players who have achieved all-star status.
